The website trymoskill.com is published by Moskill SAS, a company specialised in custom-made magnetic fly screens in fibreglass.

2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Moskill SAS and its customers, both individuals and professionals, when purchasing products on trymoskill.com. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

3. Products and Target Audience

Moskill SAS offers custom-made magnetic fly screens in fibreglass, available in three models:
- For doors
- For windows
- Large size

Accessories and spare parts for these fly screens are also available for purchase on our website.

Products are primarily intended for individuals (B2C) but can also be ordered by professionals (B2B).

4. Ordering Process

4.1. Placing an Order

Orders are placed exclusively online on trymoskill.com. Customers can customise their fly screens by choosing:
- Dimensions (width and height)
- Colour (white or black)
- Number of panels (central splits)

4.2. Prices

Prices vary depending on dimensions and options selected:
- From €27.99 for a standard fly screen (70x210 cm)
- Up to €409.99 for the largest custom-made models

Accessories and spare parts start at €9.99.

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

5. Payment

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods

- Credit card via Stripe.
- 4x instalments with Klarna (interest-free).

5.2. Payment Security

Transactions are encrypted and secure. No banking information is stored by Moskill SAS.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery Times

- Standard sizes: 24–48h via Colissimo or Mondial Relay (France).
- Custom sizes: 6–9 business days via Colissimo (France).
- Corsica, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Germany: 6–9 business days for all sizes via our delivery partners.
- Australia: 5–8 business days via Australia Post

6.2. Delivery Fees

- France: Free delivery for orders above €25. €2.99 for orders below €25.
- Corsica, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg: Flat €4.99 delivery fee per order.

6.3. Delivery Tracking

A tracking number is provided to the customer by email once the order has been shipped.

7. Returns and Warranty

7.1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 30 days from receipt of the product to return standard-sized items for any reason. Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7.2. Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect is found, all products (standard or custom) may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 14 days of receipt.

For custom products, a ±1 cm tolerance applies. This is standard in the textile industry due to variations in cutting, assembly, and handling of materials. Variations equal to or less than 1 cm are not considered defects and do not justify returns or refunds.

7.3. Return Procedure

The customer must contact customer service at support@trymoskill.com to obtain return authorisation. Return shipping costs are covered by Moskill SAS once the return request has been approved.

8. Privacy Policy

Moskill SAS is committed to protecting customer data. Information collected (name, address, email, phone number) is used only to:
- Process orders
- Ensure deliveries

Data is never shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

9.1. Responsibility of Moskill SAS

Moskill SAS undertakes to:
- Deliver products that conform to the order
- Refund or replace defective products

9.2. Limitation of Liability

Moskill SAS declines all liability in cases of:
- Issues with carriers
- Improper use of products by the customer

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, customers can contact Moskill SAS at support@trymoskill.com. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be submitted to the Court of Montpellier.

In accordance with European regulations, customers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: link to platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of trymoskill.com (designs, logos, texts, images) are the exclusive property of Moskill SAS and protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is prohibited.

12. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Moskill SAS reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. New terms will take effect once published on the site. Last update of these Terms and Conditions: 19 August 2025.
